Pizza Hut

Was told that our pizza would take 15 minutes. Over an hour later it was finally ready. It was apparent the restaurant was understaffed, however, just because the staff is having a rough night mean they need to make sure the customer has a bad night as well. A simple “sorry for your wait” goes a long ways.

Best Pizza Hut ever. Go see Jennifer and she will make you a wonderful pizza.

Ordered on line and showed up to pick up as instructed (:30 min after placing order) after waiting an additional :15 min I was told that I had to wait :45 more minutes. Very rude manager and only option was to return money and cancel order, unacceptable, terrible.

Decently priced considering you get a meal and a show. About 2.5 hours long. Food was great. Show was entertaining. Would go again.

I wouldn't advise you to eat here. The pizza was made out of regular dough as you can see in the pictures. The salad bar was nasty, lettuce & vegetables were all wilted & brown. Price is way too high for the quality of the food you order.

Oh my. They were so busy but they never got frustrated or even showed frustration. They were getting those pizzas OUT. and they were very friendly. Thanks for the great pizza and keep up the excellent work

Worse ever Pizza Hut I ever went to, the guy who cuts the pizza and gives it for delivery is much worse, we had to wait for 2 hours to get our pizza, and the guy made it additional deliberate delay of 20 mins for the silly reason of we asked him couple of times on the status of the pizza readiness. I will give 0 stars for this.

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza restaurant. I've always enjoyed their pizza. I love the super supreme!! I like all three of the crust. Thin for pepperoni, hand tossed for a meat lovers, and pan for the supreme. I have found a hand tossed that is my new favorite- Alfredo sauce, chicken, and onions. It is great. Get the app, you will get big specials and free pizza every once in a while. Free coupons.

About what you would expect from a chain pizza shop. Edible pie, yet plain, and lacking in any real character. It filled an empty spot in our bellies.The help was polite, but seemed tired of tourists. I guess you get that way when most of the customers are from elsewhere.They say a smile is contagious, perhaps a reminder to the staff is in order.

Best pizza from a Pizza hHut I've ever had! I don't know why but it was just so much better.

I am appalled. I'm a local and for the fifth time ,this summer fifth I said, the delivery driver hasent shown up or the car is broke down and I can't help it is the excuse. listen. quite honestly I literally live across the street. I need to Manage this place because I would have delivered the order.I CAN HELP!

Worst Pizza Hut pizza ever! Was passing through and ordered $50 worth the food. Our stuffed crust pizza was paper thin with no sauce. The party pack we ordered had very light sauce and wasn’t even covered with cheese. Was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes and we waited 50! Worst pizza and experience! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

This is the Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! My family and I ate in, we where told it would be about 25 minutes. We only had a large 2 topping and a personal pan cheese pizzas. AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES later we got it. They were to busy doing all the deliveries and carry outs!! We also had to get our own plates and tableware! I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut that didn’t have a waiter. The manager NEVER apologized for the long wait. No one in the kitchen were wearing gloves!! The cashier took money, then helped in the kitchen and NEVER washed her hands.

It was not pleasant at all. It was dirty, the floors a greasy mess. Also the salad bar had green peppers and red onions that were spoiled the salad greens were mostly wilted and brown edged. Hard to find some ok to put in our bowls. No cheese. No egg bad onions, bad green pepper that should not had been put out so 10.00 salad was not good. Also I guess because a tourist area the prices quite high. No specials to choose from for a family. So when we ordered the pizza to go because it was the only option for the family that was economical for family of six the women behind counter were rude and kept talking about so finally 4 of us went to car to eat the pizza while the other two finished up their salads. Been going to this pizza hut since 1982 when we make our yearly trip the the Great smokey mountains. First with our childern and now with the grandchildren. But no more you have lost customer.

Other people got their food before us that ordered after. Never heard our number called. Had to go ask was it done. 8 orders after us were called. We heard them. The pizzas were put were we couldn't see them, beside the cashier. Food was good.

The salad bar was awful, definitely not worth 3.99. The vegetables were freezer burnt. The people weren’t friendly. And the tables weren’t clean. The cashier was extremely rude.

March 2020. Ordered $ 40.00 of food for delivery, from Pigeon Forge Pizza Hut. Paid in advance online by credit card. Still haven't received my or a credit back on my card.Recommend if you're hungry for pizza, go anywhere else. Especially if you are ordering delivery and using a credit card. I won't trust this Pizza Hut with any order again.

Well IDK I felt like the lady we ordered a pizza kinda stole some money because she was counting the coins by 5 and not by 4

Food was good but service is terrible. Any other Pizza hut brings your order out to ya this one will make u come get it yourself last time i go to that one. Terrible attitudes as well

We ordered pizza at 6:35pm through the website. It took until 7:35 to get it. When it finally arrived after we called the store, the wing order was the wrong flavor and one of the pizzas we ordered was completely smashed in on one side of the pizza to where the cheese is smushed against the top of the box. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Melanie, after a 5 minute hold and she didn’t seem to care or show any kind of empathy. I asked for a refund and she said the best she could do is offer a credit for the wings and a pizza or to remake it. I opted for the credit since it would be another hour and a half before we’d actually get the correct pizza that’s still in tact. You get what you pay for and we won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I went on a weekend trip to pigeon forge. With my mom back in February. My mom and i wanted pizza hut from this place and when we called to do a order, the girl on the phone did not greet us and was rude and just said it was only a hour and half wait. So mom and I decided to try mellow mushroom instead. That was the only complaint I had from this place

Does this look yummy to you. Flour still on the bottom, and doughy. Was not cook all the way through and bottom not cooked at all. Called and manager was rude and impolite. Wouldnt refund offered a credit. Yeah a credit for the same uncooked food. No thanks. Will never order here again. Dominos is way better and even little ceasers beats this place. Trust me you been warned get your pizza else where.

Food is delicious! Owner is from Italy and the food reflects that. Yum!

Go to any other pizza place but here be warned! The service is lousy, in fact, there is no service. There is no show you to your table, take your drink order, here are your menus, here are you salad plates. The salad bar is indeed very bad as other reviewers stated. It was very dry and the mushrooms, bell peppers and onions were spoiled. The pan pizza was grease sogged. The marinara made Chef Boyardee look like Malto Mario.

Ordered 6-6-19 for the original order. I ordered a pzone but when I recieved it was literally EMPTY. Then ordered the remake on 6-7-19 and it was also empty.

I wouldn't suggest this Pizza hut! We ordered the family meal with 2 pizzas, pasta and bread sticks. The pizza was horribly made! It looked they the slopped some pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese on old bread sticks and then baked it. The bread sticks we're burnt! I'm very disappointed in this Pizza hut! We LOVE our Pizza hut back home so we we're expecting the same great food!

Finally got my pizza delivered 2 hours late and cold. Was told they sent it to the wrong address. Could only assume it was the same pizza. I would also appreciate it if Jennifer wasn't rude about sending out another. Not my fault your company made a mistake.
